THE LONGEVITY EDIT
October 1st-4th 2027
The second edition of The Longevity Edit builds on the foundations of our first retreat: bringing together functional movement, nervous-system science, restorative practices and exceptional nourishment to support strength, energy, resilience and long-term wellbeing.
Set in the Dorset countryside, the weekend blends dynamic yoga and skill-based movement labs with restorative practices and deeply considered food, designed to support gut health, blood sugar balance, and sustainable energy. Thoughtfully designed to support a range of abilities, with personalised guidance offered throughout the retreat.
Our approach is intelligent but never intimidating. Practices are designed to meet a range of abilities, with personalised guidance, space to explore and an emphasis on building bodies that feel strong, capable and resilient at every stage of life.
This is calm, credible wellbeing - rooted in practices that support not simply living longer, but living well.
Everything across the weekend is shaped around four core pillars of longevity: Movement, Nourishment, Rest and Mindset & Connection.
Together, they form a considered framework for how we move, recover, nourish, and connect in ways that support long-term health.
THE FRAMEWORK

Movement
Daily functional vinyasa, yin, and skill-based movement labs that build strength, mobility, and confidence.
Practices are designed to support how you move in real life, enhancing resilience, joint health, and long-term capacity.

Nourishment
Whole, fresh food prepared by a private chef, with a focus on hydration, mineral balance, gut health, and stable energy.
Meals and workshops are designed to deepen understanding of how nourishment supports recovery and longevity

Rest & Recovery
Yoga nidra, meditation, sound healing, sauna, and intentional rest to support nervous system regulation, tissue repair, and sustainable energy.
This pillar prioritises recovery as an active and essential part of long-term wellbeing.

Mindset & Connection
Practices that support focus, stress regulation, and emotional resilience.
Through a shared yet intimate experience of mindful movement, meditation, and spaciousness, the weekend offers tools to cultivate steadiness in both body and mind.

THE RETREAT HOSTS
This retreat is led by two highly experienced hosts, Becky and Rebecca, each with 500+ hours of advanced training, offering a calm, well-held, and intelligently supported experience throughout the weekend.
Having trained together, the hosts share a common language and approach, allowing the retreat to flow with ease, consistency, and depth across all practices.
Both hosts are also busy mums, navigating full lives alongside work, family, and teaching. The retreat’s four pillars; movement, nourishment, rest, and mindset & connection, are not abstract concepts, but practices we rely on daily to sustain energy, resilience, and clarity in real life.
With one host always teaching and the other assisting, you’ll receive thoughtful guidance, intelligent adaptations, and a level of care that allows you to feel supported, confident, and genuinely held.
