I’m incredibly passionate about yoga and its power to transform how you feel both in your mind and in your body.
My intention is for you to feel better not just during the time you’re on the mat, but in your everyday life too. I teach with longevity in mind, offering practices that support strength, mobility, and resilience well beyond the 60 minutes we share in class.
Whether you're here for strength, flexibility, stress relief, to delve into yogic philosophy, or just to master a headstand, I welcome you with open arms and am delighted to be a part of your journey.

I’ve completed over 600 hours of training and am qualified in Vinyasa Flow, Functional Flow, Power Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Elemental Flow, Pre and Postnatal Yoga, Baby Yoga & Massage and Yoga for Sports.
I am incredibly blessed to share this practice as a teacher, though, I will forever be a student of yoga.
