Service Description
We’ll gather as a group every Monday evening throughout January 2026 for a 45-minute session designed to set the tone for the year ahead. Each week we’ll draw on a blend of practices including, intention setting, yoga, meditation, breathwork and journaling, with the added support of group accountability to keep you motivated and aligned. This powerful month-long course gives you the space and guidance to establish meaningful intentions, build supportive habits and move into 2026 feeling connected, purposeful and fulfilled. Your package includes: - Intention setting meditation - Workshop style journaling to clarify your intentions, cultivate new habits, release old patterns and reconnect with your values and desires - Yoga practices - Affirmation work - Tools and techniques to support your own ongoing practices - Full recordings of every session to download and keep If you can’t attend live, you’ll have access to the replay to watch at a time that suits you. Your Zoom link and password will be emailed to you a few days before each session.
